Job Summary:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for preparing, labeling, and packing coolers in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to receive training in the picking process. This role involves lifting items up to 50 lbs, though most lifting will typically be around 25 lbs. There is also potential for role extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and Labeling: Prepare and pack coolers with items, ensuring that all goods are properly labeled and securely packed for shipment.
• Opportunity for Cross-Training: Demonstrate proficiency in the packing and labeling process, with the potential to be trained in the picking process for further skill development.
• Weight Handling: Lift boxes and coolers up to 50 lbs as required, with most lifting tasks typically around 25 lbs.
• Adherence to Safety and Quality Standards: Ensure that all packing and labeling are done in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Efficiency and Accuracy: Maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy while packing, labeling, and handling goods.

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with packing and labeling processes or similar tasks.
