Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Provides research and analysis of technical data and problems of varying complexity in order to develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to technical operations.
- Provides guidance in identifying, evaluating and developing processes and procedures that are effective and meet requirements.
- Provides reporting and analysis to assist in executing solutions and may provide consultation to clients, colleagues and management.
- Participates in cross-functional linked teams to address technical or systems issues.
- Determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
- Experienced level position requires developing career in field and gaining knowledge of industry practices.
- Requires moderate level of experience and proficiency in field.
- Knowledge: Progressive knowledge pertaining to concepts and principles in functional area.
- General knowledge of department/business lines, Reserve Banks, and / or System operations, policies, procedures and technologies.
- Communications: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and oral and written communications skills tailored for the intended audience.
- Risk Management: (The individual) is responsible for understanding and applying risk management discipline in decision making, and contributing to Candidate's or Candidate's functions risk management.
- Decision Making: Works under direction with infrequent checks; follows established methods and clear-cut policy.
- Makes decisions when general instructions or established methods indicate action to be taken.
- UX/UI Design experience.
- Improve accessibility and user experience of SharePoint and Confluence product pages, infographics, landing pages, etc.
- Metrics/Data Collection and Analysis skills.
- Identify opportunities and methods for data collection, customer survey creation/analysis, reports, etc.
- Content and Product Marketing skills.
- Support and improve current team objectives with a journalistic writing style and strong customer-centric focus.
Qualifications:
- Performs complex analysis of business issues utilizing established methodology and tools within technology areas.
- Works with the clients and other resources to assess current capabilities, identify customer needs and recommends business process improvements within technology areas.
- Provides some complex support and collaboration in completing analysis, providing ad-hoc reports, information or process mapping, and/or alignment of the business and related resources.
- Contributes to and participates in process improvement and solution discussions and may present outcomes in written and verbal format to senior management.
- Develops and designs new business processes and the elaboration and updating of existing business processes within technology areas.
- Participates in cross-functional team initiatives and process improvement projects within technology areas.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Working Conditions: Will require the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.
Physical Requirements (Due to the nature of the job):
- Requires some degree of sitting (for prolonged periods of time), standing, lifting carrying, pushing, the job the candidate should be able to lift 20 pounds with assistance.
- Occasional travel including overnight stays may be necessary.
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience with 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience.
