Job Description:
Pay Range: $24hr - $29hr
Responsibilities: - Establish working templates for all guidelines in Adobe CS software.
- Support with all projects with prop strategies & space planning.
- Support with guidelines needed for all VM setup.
- Support NRR ( New stores, Remodels and Relocations) with guidelines.
- Manage digital platforms for guideline upload.
- This role supports the team that manages 1000+ Lens crafters stores with VM communication.
- This includes VM guidelines for all initiatives, including monthly marketing updates, tests, prop initiatives and new store openings.
- This role requires working closely with cross functional partners and coordinating tools and processes with operational functions.
- The ideal candidate would be extremely detail oriented, have excellent analytical and project management skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2-4 years in similar roles, preferably in a retail channel with multi-brands approach.
- The ideal candidate for this role understands multi-brand visual merchandising and in-store execution experience.
- Candidate must be extremely detail oriented, able to think analytically with precision and consistency, and able to understand and manage the complexity of a diverse store group.
- Candidate must be extremely proficient in managing data with Microsoft excel and Adobe CS.

- Business Management Degree or Equivalent.
