Regional Support Lead

Job Summary:

The Regional Support Lead provides critical support to the overall operations of multiple manufactured home communities within a designated region (primarily Florida). This role combines technical training, operational support, and community management responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Development:
  • Conduct comprehensive training on company policies, procedures, and systems, including RentManager and the transition to ManageAmerica.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to Regional Property Managers and their teams.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and presentations.
  • Community Management Support:
  • Assist Regional Property Managers with day-to-day operations, including resolving escalated resident issues, conducting site visits, and addressing operational challenges.
  • Temporarily assume the role of Community Manager for vacant positions, ensuring seamless operations during the recruitment process.
  • Support new acquisitions by assisting with the transition and integration of new properties.
  • Operational Excellence:
  • Review and analyze property performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of operational strategies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
  • System Administration:
  • Provide technical support and training on property management software (RentManager, ManageAmerica).
  • Assist with system implementations and upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in property management, with a strong preference for experience in manufactured housing communities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 50%).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (RentManager, ManageAmerica).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
