About the Role

Requirements include:

• A Master's degree in business administration, public policy, or a related field; a Juris Doctorate is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years in senior-level experience collaborating with executive leaders, boards, or community representatives.
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to foster positive relationships with various stakeholders.
• A successful track record in driving change within urban school districts, non-profit organizations, or higher education institutions.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Advising the Superintendent of Schools and collaborating on strategic initiatives.
• Representing the organization in various capacities and managing contractors and staff providing essential services.
• Leading strategic planning and ensuring robust budget management.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and laws.
