About the Role

The ideal candidate will align district resources with organizational priorities and better support our schools' operational needs. Your proven experience in leading significant change management effortsideally in an urban public school or municipal settingwill be instrumental to our mission.
Requirements include:
- A Master's degree in business administration, public policy, or a related field; a Juris Doctorate is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years in senior-level experience collaborating with executive leaders, boards, or community representatives.
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to foster positive relationships with various stakeholders.
- A successful track record in driving change within urban school districts, non-profit organizations, or higher education institutions.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Advising the Superintendent of Schools and collaborating on strategic initiatives.
- Representing the organization in various capacities and managing contractors and staff providing essential services.
- Leading strategic planning and ensuring robust budget management.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and laws.
