About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operations Executive (COE) to join our visionary early-stage startup. In this critical role, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and fellow executives to drive the growth and operational excellence of our company. Your expertise will be vital in shaping strategies that align with our corporate vision and budget.

Key responsibilities include researching, forecasting, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance and expand our operational framework. You will partner with the CEO on technology initiatives and actively participate in fundraising contexts and maintain strong investor relations. The successful candidate will oversee all facets of company operations, ensuring project timelines are met, business development flourishes, and employee productivity is maximized while cultivating an inclusive workplace culture.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in technology, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree (Master's or PhD) preferred. Experience collaborating with MSPs and IT service companies is advantageous, as well as a background in fundraising and startup ecosystems. We seek an individual who has led technology teams of varying sizes and is skilled in driving organizational vision and strategy. The COE will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business strategies that align with our goals and enhancing processes and new technologies in close partnership with our management team.
