About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operations Executive to lead the operational excellence of our multifamily real estate business. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind operational leadership, strategy execution, and financial performance. You will manage property operations, acquisitions, development, and risk management while fostering strong team leadership.

Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, your focus will be on ensuring the effective and profitable management of our diverse property portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our strategic vision and achieving or exceeding our financial objectives.

Successful candidates will have a robust background in managing large multifamily real estate portfolios, optimizing business processes, and leading cross-functional teams. A minimum of 10 years of executive experience in the multifamily real estate sector, especially in property management, acquisitions, and development, is essential.

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional financial acumen, comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations, and outstanding leadership and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being highly preferred.

Your responsibilities will include the continuous assessment and enhancement of operational workflows, processes, and systems to boost efficiency and improve overall performance. Familiarity with real estate technology platforms and operational tools will be crucial for success in this role.
