About the Role

The Company is searching for a strategic and dynamic Chief Operations Executive (COE) to enhance our multi-state behavioral healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in healthcare operations, demonstrating a robust ability to drive operational excellence and enhance the quality of clinical care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversee all operational facets across our facilities to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Own and drive key performance metrics to track and improve operational performance.
  • Build and refine processes to support a scalable operational model.
  • Manage systems for clinical documentation and healthcare compliance to uphold standards.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and training programs.
  • Facilitate accountability across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Play a crucial role in growth initiatives, including the integration of newly acquired facilities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to optimize patient flow.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 10 years of healthcare operations experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in a multi-unit healthcare or hospitality environment.
  • A background in private equity-sponsored ventures with a proven track record of scaling operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance, licensing, and accreditation requirements.
  • Proficiency in process improvement and operational optimization.
  • Experience managing P&L and operational budgets effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

A passion for compassionate care and a sense of urgency in decision-making are essential. Travel will be required 40-50% of the time to ensure excellence in operations and team development.
