• Charge Nurse present on each shift
• Hospitalist available 24/7, intensivists during day hours

Schedule Information
• Shift: 1830-0700
• Every third weekend required
• Holiday requirement: 4th of July
• No self-scheduling allowed
• Floating to PCU if not needed in ICU

Unit Specific Information
• 1 shift of unit-specific orientation for ICU
• 1 shift for PCU

Additional Details
• No nurse aids on the unit
• Centralized tele monitor techs not located in house
