We are seeking a Financial Planning & Business Analyst II to support Executive Management in driving operational efficiency and financial performance. This role involves analyzing trends, developing financial models, and collaborating across departments to optimize decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze company performance against industry benchmarks and service standards.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Assist in developing and implementing the Annual Operating Plan and Rolling Forecast process.
• Partner with Business Intelligence teams to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement, presenting findings to leadership.
• Support business units in achieving forecasted goals through data-driven insights.
• Participate in 1–3 full budget cycles to support financial planning and forecasting.
• Continuously expand expertise in financial analysis and business strategy.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Experience participating in 1–3 full budget cycles.
Preferred Skills
• Strong financial modeling skills, including NPV, IRR, WACC, ROA, and ROI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with data querying tools (Microsoft Query, VBA, Business Objects, SQL).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
