About the Role:
The Senior Financial Planning & Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership through financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning. This position drives operational and financial efficiency by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze company performance, profitability, and trends to drive operational improvements.
• Develop financial models and reports to support executive decision-making.
• Assist in the creation and execution of Annual Operating Plans and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence and FP&A teams to enhance financial and operational metrics.
• Build and maintain driver-based forecast models to inform leadership.
• Identify opportunities for financial and operational improvements and assist in implementation.
• Lead the preparation of Annual Operating Plans and Rolling Forecasts.
• Mentor junior analysts and uphold best practices in financial planning.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.
Preferred Skills:
• Expertise in financial modeling, including NPV, IRR, WACC, ROA, and ROI.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data querying tools such as Microsoft Query, VBA, Business Objects, or SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Location Requirement:
Candidates must live within driving distance of Nashville, TN, as this is an on-site position. Remote work is not available.
