A Sr. Analyst for Revenue Optimization is responsible for maximizing available Sales & Marketing opportunities focused on analyzing staffing, sales gallery operations, schedule availability and performance to drive business results in a dynamic business environment.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  •   Providing insights/feedback to Senior Leadership to drive business results & enhance guest experiences
  •   Collaborating with Operations and Senior Management to increase process efficiency, optimize gallery utilization, and staffing utilization across multiple revenue streams and locations.
  •  Drive Maximum Revenue Per Available Sales Executive across various sales lines.
  •  Develop mechanisms to evaluate and prioritize efficiencies, guide sales lines and staffing, determine overbooking allotments, recommend marketing initiatives by geography, and establish reporting mechanisms to support revenue management.
  •  Facilitate decision-making across departments by communicating effectively across all organizational levels, analyzing data, and presenting information and feedback.
  • Coordinate with implementation teams by analyzing performance versus availability, communicating allotment changes to relevant teams for execution, and following up to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Direct Marketing, Local Marketing, and Sales teams to align future events and promotions with forecasted tour flows for each location.
  •  Facilitate decision-making across departments with reports and analysis.
  • Optimize tour management reporting and establish a review cadence to facilitate action.
  • Streamline and consolidate reports to better utilize necessary data for optimizing revenue.
  • Analyze tour productivity by type and work with the Director of Marketing to maximize efficiency.
  • Review Sales Executive productivity and collaborate with the Director of Sales to enhance performance.
  • Assess reporting needs to support dashboard development of critical metrics for measuring success and identifying opportunities in Tour Management, Quality Assurance, and Support Services (e.g., total Tours, Show Rate, Volume Per Booking, Volume Per Guest, Close Rates, Cancel Rates).

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • BA/BS/Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • MS/MA/Master’s Degree
  • Experience in vacation ownership
