SALARY: $85K-100K

Job Summary and Qualifications

• The OR Nurse Manager is responsible for all department functions in support of the hospital mission, vision and facility goals.

• Provides leadership, clinical expertise, and functional direction to OR supervisors and staff to achieve optimal perioperative patient outcomes.

• Evaluates quality of perioperative practices in relation to established professional and legal standards.

• Collaborates with other disciplines to facilitate the delivery of patient care.

What qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 5 years of RECENT ACUTE CARE perioperative nursing management experience Required (Would Consider Charge Nurse or Supervisor experience within the OR)

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.

• MSN degree preferred.

• Operating Room experience required.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

• Current RN licensure by the State of Texas or from a Compact State if you declare the Compact State your Primary State of Residence required.

• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider required.

• CNOR required within one year of hire, transfer or promotion.
