Advanced Imaging Technologist - Multiple Modalities

Schedule:

Full-TimeTuesday - Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PMPosition Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advanced Imaging Technologist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform a diverse range of imaging procedures across multiple modalities, including Interventional Radiology, MRI, X-Ray, CT, Nuclear Medicine, and OR C-Arm guided procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, technical excellence, and efficient workflow within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including but not limited to:Interventional RadiologyMRIX-RayCTNuclear MedicineOR C-Arm guided proceduresPrepare and position patients for examinations, adhering to established protocols and safety guidelines.Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and diagnostic accuracy.Assist physicians during interventional procedures.Participate in on-call rotations as required.Perform quality control checks and maintain equipment functionality.Adhere to all safety protocols and radiation safety guidelines.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.Participate in staff meetings and continuing education programs.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.NYS DOH license and NYS Contrast Media Injection license required.Advanced ARRT certification (e.g., CT, IR, MRI, MRSO, ARDMS, NMTCB) required.BLS certification through the American Heart Association required.Completion of the ACR Image Wisely/Image Gently radiation dose pledge required.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Benefits:
