We are hiring for a dynamic team committed to supporting children and their families by fostering growth and development through tailored, effective therapeutic approaches.Position Overview:We are looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join this team. As a BCBA in the clinic, you will play a critical role in assessing, designing, and implementing individualized behavior plans for children with a range of developmental and behavioral challenges. This is a full-time position, with a structured Monday through Friday schedule.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify each child's needsDevelop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Provide direct ABA therapy to clients and oversee therapy sessionsTrain and supervise behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity to the treatment planCollaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to support overall treatment goalsTrack and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessaryParticipate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinic environmentQualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldCurrent Virginia licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a BCBAStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary teamBenefits:
