Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Private Pediatric Clinic, Forest, VA.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are hiring for a pediatric clinic in Sandy Springs, GA, specializes in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs. We are hiring for a dynamic team committed to supporting children and their families by fostering growth and development through tailored, effective therapeutic approaches.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join this team. As a BCBA in the clinic, you will play a critical role in assessing, designing, and implementing individualized behavior plans for children with a range of developmental and behavioral challenges. This is a full-time position, with a structured Monday through Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify each child's needs
  • Develop, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to clients and oversee therapy sessions
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians, ensuring fidelity to the treatment plan
  • Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare providers to support overall treatment goals
  • Track and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinic environment
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Current Virginia licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a BCBA
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
