Job Details:Our rapidly growing technology services company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be a critical part of our financial management, contributing to the overall success of our company. This is a permanent position offering a unique opportunity to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with extensive knowledge of FAA FAR Regulations.

Responsibilities:As a Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, requiring both a detailed and big-picture understanding of financial matters. Your duties will include:1. Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.2. Ensuring compliance with FAA FAR Regulations and other applicable financial regulations.3. Overseeing the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and risk analysis.4. Managing and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts.5. Overseeing the accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities.6. Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.7. Assisting in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning.8. Communicating financial information to management, making recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.

Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of accounting principles and solid financial acumen. The following qualifications are required:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior accounting role, preferably in the tech services industry.2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or Master's degree is a plus.3. Proven experience with FAR Regulations.4. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).5. Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.6. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.8. Strong organizational and leadership skills.9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
