Experience in a private equity setting and expertise in both sales and operations functions are essential.Key challenges for the role include achieving aggressive growth targets, navigating the complexities of a sub-$10M EBITDA business, and successfully integrating M&A deals. The candidate should be a team player with strong servant leadership qualities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, and a history of driving results through strategic and operational leadership. Financial acumen is also a critical characteristic, as the CEO will be expected to manage the business effectively, working with a fractional CFO.
