About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its strategic growth and operational excellence. The CEO will be the driving force behind the company's expansion, with a focus on all functional areas of the business. This includes building, managing, and optimizing the company's brands and reputation, as well as leading recruitment, talent development, and organization design. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving the acquisition and integration of new business lines, optimizing operational capabilities, and developing a highly effective customer acquisition strategy. A key aspect of the role is to create and nurture a culture of performance and process improvement, in line with the company's values and unique identity.Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar leadership role within the residential services or a related industry. Private equity experience, particularly in the execution of a successful value creation playbook and M&A strategy, is essential. The role requires an individual with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, who can effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. An analytical mind, comfort with data-driven decision-making, and experience in post-closing integration are also necessary. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing a geographically dispersed business, be adept at establishing effective management protocols, and have a history of building strong, effective company cultures.
