About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to serve as the strategic and operational leader, working closely with the Board of Directors to define and achieve the business's vision and objectives. The successful candidate will have full P&L and balance sheet responsibility and will be tasked with driving initiatives to maximize shareholder value, including supporting the strategic vision for growth, overseeing recruitment and talent development, and leading the company's sales, marketing, distribution, and manufacturing strategies. The role also involves driving margin enhancement initiatives and leading the identification and integration of acquisitions.Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in a similar leadership role, with a preference for experience in a fast-paced, private equity-backed business within the industrial manufacturing and distribution sector. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing products sold through distribution, external manufacturing supplier relationships, and a strong understanding of the M&A process. Private equity experience, particularly in the execution of a successful value creation playbook and exit strategy, is highly valued. The role requires outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as an analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA is a plus.
