About the Role

We negotiated acquisitions whose collective revenue is over $500 million, as well as licensing deals on remarkable technologies, but couldn't take the final step of consummating them due to a crucial (albeit unrelated) matter that prevented us from pulling the trigger. This matter is associated with a medical issue affecting our founder. Since all the pieces were already in place, we realized that once we resolved the aforementioned matter, we'd be ready to proceed, and thankfully, we've reached that point and and are ready to proceed. G-d willing, we'll now see much success.POSITION:We are seeking an executive to adopt the reigns and propel this to the next level since our founder is not in the position to function in that capacity. This executive should possess the relevant experience and background, such as having formed rollups, completed acquisitions, or built such companies. Compensation is the combination of equity and salary. The salary would begin upon consummating the first deal(s) while the equity would be effective immediately.
