About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President to lead its global membership association. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that align with the strategic vision set by the Global Executive Board. This role requires a proven leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in an executive position within a complex organization, with a strong background in the global business and accounting profession. The CEO will be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, representing the association at global events, and overseeing the management of the association to ensure its growth and sustainability. Essential duties include upholding the association's values, managing governance processes, and leading a high-performing team.Candidates for the CEO and President position at the company should possess a college degree in business, marketing, or accounting, and an active Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent license is strongly desired. The role demands excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others. The ideal candidate will have significant international experience, be comfortable in diverse cultural settings, and have a strong understanding of the global accounting profession. Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in financial management are also essential.
