About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Value-Based Performance to lead the drive for optimal performance in quality metrics within its clinical partners' accountable care organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to ensure top percentile outcomes across all value-based contracts. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of HEDIS metrics, CMS quality metrics, and compliance, as well as the ability to manage a growing team and interact with multiple stakeholders across various service lines. The Executive Director will also be tasked with overseeing the accurate and timely reporting of CMS metrics, serving as a liaison between population health, clinical partners, and payers, and leading efforts to improve contract performance.Candidates for this position must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years' of healthcare experience, with a preference for those with a background in accountable care organizations, quality reporting, value-based care, or population health. The role demands a strategic mindset, executive presence, and the ability to constantly plan initiatives to achieve the highest quality goals. Essential skills include the ability to establish partnerships, build consensus, and manage change, as well as exceptional critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving abilities. The Executive Director will also be responsible for the leadership and oversight of a team, including recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education and coaching.
