About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Human Resources to lead the strategic and operational functions of the HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to, employee recruitment and retention, organizational development, performance management, career development, employee relations, compliance, and compensation. Key duties for this role include automating the onboarding process, handling end-to-end off-boarding formalities, maintaining personnel records, administering HR programs, preparing HR metrics and reports, managing the HR budget, and ensuring a pipeline of new talent. The VP of HR will also work closely with management to establish training and development programs, prepare reports for the executive committee, and proactively manage strategic benefit programs.Candidates for the VP of HR position at the company should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and have at least 10 years' experience in HR, with a focus on high-growth business environments. The role requires a professional with a strong background in building and leading contemporary HR teams, possessing both strategic thinking and hands-on HR implementation experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are essential, as is a commitment to high ethical standards and organizational compliance. The VP of HR will be expected to have a working knowledge of employment laws and the ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred, and the role demands a proactive, mature individual who can work with minimal supervision and is adept at managing complex employee relations issues.
