Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery to ensure optimal operation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires experience in mechanical and electrical systems, along with strong diagnostic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-Able to work alone on complex tasks and provide adequate communication to all related parties

-Maintain, rebuild/repair, weld and fabricate, and aid in projects related to roll forming machines, punch presses, and all other auxiliary manufacturing equipment

-Use CMMS software for work logging of planned and emergency work, parts inventory, and time reconciliation

-Perform daily duties in compliance with good safety guidelines, best practices, company standards, and consideration of affect to customer specifications

-Maintain a clean workspace and thorough completion of work before returning to use

Qualifications:

Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting

Mechanical assembly and troubleshooting.

Able to interpret various schematics

Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations

Specification of equipment and parts

Demonstrate strong mathematical skills and use of precision measuring devices

Proficiency in using electronic devices and computers for work

Work effectively with minimal assistance or supervision

Able to lift 50lbs regularly and Stand, Climb, Kneel, Bend, and Lift for up to 10hrs a day

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 4 years applicable industrial equipment maintenance
