Volt is immediately hiring a Finance / Accounting Associate for immediate employment in Fountain Valley, CA.

As a Finance / Accounting Associate you will:

- Be responsible for inputting and tracking purchase requests
- Track the budget
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Responding to ad hoc requests as needed
- Processing invoices and work order changes
- Assisting in the management and coordination of vehicles for marketing teams (including tracking vehicles and taking cars to be washed and gassing vehicles)
- Assisting with special projects / analysis and reporting projects (i.e. - generating ROI, Sales Match-Back and Lead Generation reports)
- Providing 20% administrative duties

This position is full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm. It is temp for 12 months, most likely temp to hire.

Requirements:

- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay Rate: $30-35/hr
