*Job Summary*

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. *Responsibilities*
* Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
* Administer prescribed medications orally, subcutaneously, or through an IV and document accordingly.
* Monitor patient progress and report adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
* Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures, post-operative care, and disease management.
* Record and maintain accurate patient medical information, including vital signs and treatment responses.
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.

*Qualifications and Requirements*
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
* Active RN license.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire).
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
* Ability to work efficiently in a high-acuity, team-oriented environment.
* Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Pay: $32.00 - $53.00 per hour
