for technology companies. This role involves structuring, drafting, and negotiating various

IP

and

commercial agreements , as well as advising on

IP aspects

of multidisciplinary transactions such as

mergers ,

acquisitions , and

intellectual property

and

commercial transactions

including:

Licensing agreementsService agreementsDevelopment agreementsDistribution agreementsPartnering agreements

Work on

IP aspects

of

mergers ,

acquisitions ,

public offerings , and

financingsAdvise technology companies of all stages of growth on

IP and commercial transactionsProvide guidance to clients on

multidisciplinary transactionsCollaborate with a national team and train junior associatesHelp build and grow a dynamic national
