Production Floor Manager Job Responsibilities: - Oversee daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Assign tasks, supervise employees, and provide training to boost efficiency.
- Monitor production flow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
- Conduct quality checks and enforce safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory.
- Collaborate with Plant Manager, Engineers, and other teams to optimize operations.
Production Floor Manager Job Requirements :
- Experience in manufacturing supervision or production management.
