*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Travel Nurse, you will provide high-quality nursing care in various hospital settings across different locations. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work in diverse environments. You will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

*Duties*
* Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and medical history.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
* Participate in discharge planning and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for effective patient transitions.
* Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records, utilizing systems such as Athenahealth.
* Provide critical care support in high-acuity settings such as ICU and emergency departments.
* Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and recovery processes.
* Maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of nursing practice.

*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of physiology and critical care principles.
* Proficiency in medical documentation practices and electronic health record systems.
* Experience in hospital medicine, including discharge planning processes.
* Ability to work effectively in primary care settings as well as critical care environments.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams effectively.
* Adaptability to varying clinical environments and the ability to thrive under pressure.
