*Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical staff, and ensure a safe and effective environment for patients. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in patient assessment, treatment, and education while adhering to established protocols and standards.

*Responsibilities*
* Perform patient assessments and document medical histories accurately.
* Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians.
* Assist in medical imaging procedures and ensure proper patient positioning.
* Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment.
* Provide basic life support as needed and assist in emergency situations.
* Conduct triage assessments to prioritize patient care based on urgency.
* Support physicians during procedures, including spinal taps when required.
* Maintain accurate records using ICD-10 and ICD-9 coding for billing and documentation purposes.
* Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance.

*Requirements*
* 5 years current clinical experience required
* 2 years Occupational Health experience required
* *MUST BE A CERTIFIED BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT) - STRONGLY PREFERRED*
* *DOT Certification for Drug Screening STRONGLY PREFERRED*
* Ergonomic Assessment Experience - Preferred
* Phlebotomy Experience - Strongly Preferred
* Valid Driver License Required

*Pay Details:*
* Hourly pay- $46/hr
Shift- Days
* Duration- 13weeks contract
40 hr a day

*Certification Requirements*
* BAT
* BLS (AHA)
* DOT

*State License Requirements*
* Massachusetts
