License: Current State RN Licensure

Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; PALS, EPNC, TNCC preferred

Job Description:

• Provide direct patient care to medical/surgical patients needing advanced monitoring.
• Operate advanced medical equipment, including central lines and ventilatory support.
• Care for both general medical and surgical patients on the in-patient unit.
• Assess and implement established policies and procedures with minimal supervision.
• Act as a clinical leader and assist with precepting staff.
• Provide comprehensive care for patients from admission to discharge, including discharge planning.
• Collaborate with RN, LPN, CNA, Housekeeping, and Dietary Staff.
• Receive direction from providers, Charge Nurse, Supervisor, and Chief Nursing Officer.
