We are seeking a seasoned Registered Nurse to lead our Quality Management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your clinical expertise, advanced critical thinking, and knowledge of quality management tools to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate regulatory surveys, accreditation readiness activities, and investigate significant clinical events
- Participate in medical staff peer review and support performance data for hospitals and ambulatory settings
- Conduct medical record reviews, data analysis, and develop solutions to improve quality and safety
- Chair committees and teams, providing expert guidance on quality improvement and accreditation
- Collaborate with Administration, Providers, Leaders, and Staff to ensure awareness of quality and patient safety
- Develop, implement, and maintain a strong Consortium-wide Quality Management Plan
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide feedback to inform improvement efforts
About the Role:
This is a full-time position working days, with guaranteed hours not specified. We require a current, unrestricted, active Registered Nursing license in Alaska, along with certifications such as BLS (American Heart Association) or CPHQ.
