Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience is preferred
- Graduation from an accredited school is required
- Certifications may be needed based on facility requirements
- Ability to remain in a stationary position, move, and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), push, bend, and pull
- Effective communication and collaboration with physicians and other health team members
- Providing and coordinating patient care with other health team members
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting outcomes
- Administering medications as ordered with proper documentation
- Monitoring patients' responses before, during, and after procedures depending on the unit
- Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required
- Maintaining a clean environment and adequate supplies
- Transporting patients as needed
- Performing additional duties as assigned
