We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Oakleaf Village and The Grove. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing services to residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, management, and families
• Maintain and update written documentation
• Awareness of nursing/medical practices and procedures, regulations, and guidelines
• Apply basic math skills

About You: We seek a dedicated and empathetic individual with excellent customer service skills. Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is beneficial, but all nurses are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio Nursing License
• Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with co-workers, residents, family members, and business partners
