About Your Role:

You will provide medication administration and direct resident care, promoting independence while supporting daily living activities in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications as prescribed under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Promptly report PRN medication requests or concerns to the nurse.
• Communicate effectively with residents, staff, management, and families.
• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.

Requirements:

• Certified Medication Aide certification from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification.
• Nurse Aide Certification.
