Piper Companies is currently hiring a
Technical IT Recruiter for our office in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. We are an award-winning staffing firm focused on developing and leading our recruiters to quickly make an impact in the Information Technology industry.
Responsibilities: - Identify, attract, and recruit top-tier candidates across various IT-related job opportunities for our clients.
- Manage data and information in our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by populating new candidates, updating profiles, and tracking daily activity.
- Assist Account Managers to qualify job requisitions and understand skillsets sought out by their clients.
- Perform full life cycle recruiting tasks such as creating job postings, sourcing resumes on job boards, screening candidates, obtaining referrals, submitting candidate profiles to clients, preparing candidates for interviews, salary negotiations, checking professional references, and overseeing all necessary onboarding paperwork and tasks for candidates.
Qualifications: - 1+ year of experience recruiting for a staffing agency is required.
- Proven experience in achieving goals, metrics, and milestones.
- Outstanding communication skills, coachability, resilience, competitiveness, self-driven motivation, and critical thinking are necessary.
- Bachelor's degree and/or comparable mix of education and experience is preferred.
Schedule: - Monday - Friday.
- Hybrid: 3-4 days in office, 1-2 day remote.
Compensation: - $55,000 - $60,000/year base salary.
- Uncapped commission.
- Potential quarterly and annual contest bonuses.
