Piper Companies seeks a Sr. Product Manager (Insurance - Policy Admin System) for Durham, North Carolina office.

The role requires working a hybrid schedule, being onsite 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exciting and functional features with the development team
• Collaborate with key team members to improve processes and performance
• Provide streamlined performance demos to technical and business stakeholders
• Leverage mentorship to peers while communicating key deliverables, prioritization, and business context

Qualifications:

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
• 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager
• Policy Admin experience
• Industry experience within insurance or annuities
• Experience within an Agile environment
• Excellent communication and presentation qualities
• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience
