Hiring Experienced Sous Chef – Cost Control & Kitchen Manager (Full-Time)

Join our dynamic kitchen team! We’re looking for a skilled Sous Chef who can take charge of cost control and help lead our dinner service.

? Must-Haves:

  • Proficiency in Toast POS & XtraCHEF for food cost management
  • Excellent with Microsoft office
  • Strong cost control & inventory management skills
  • Ability to work the line during dinner service
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Full-time commitment: 50-55 hours/week
