Job Summary Seeking a Training Manager to revamp and enhance workforce development in aircraft maintenance (MRO services). The role focuses on improving training programs, developing new methodologies, and ensuring compliance with 14 CFR Part 145 regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Overhaul and implement aircraft maintenance training programs, including engine troubleshooting.
Conduct classroom and hands-on training, including train-the-trainer sessions.
Assess skills gaps and create structured training matrices.
Maintain compliance with LMS and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with leadership to align training with business goals.
Engage external training vendors when needed.
Qualifications
Experience with Turbo fan engines.
5+ years in aircraft maintenance training (CFM-56 preferred).
Expertise in engine maintenance.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & LMS.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred: A&P License, Bachelor's in Organizational Development.
