Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development:
- Develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8, Blazor, and modern Microsoft technologies.
- Enhance existing complex reports created with Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases.
- Migration and Modernization:
- Led the migration of legacy applications and reports to a modern framework.
- Provide innovative solutions to modernize and streamline legacy projects, aligning with business goals.
- Full SDLC Participation:
- Work within a SCRUM/Agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
- Database Management:
- Design and optimize scalable financial system solutions with seamless Oracle database integration.
- Write and optimize PL/SQL and stored procedures, and fine-tune database performance.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Work across teams and stakeholders to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level issues in financial systems.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Expertise in migrating legacy applications and designing modern solutions.
- Strong background in adopting SCRUM/Agile methodologies for project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.
Technical Expertise:
- Microsoft Technologies:
- Proficiency with .NET 5/6/7/8 frameworks.
- Advanced skills in Blazor, C#, and Visual Studio.
- Strong understanding of modern design principles.
- Oracle Database Management:
- Expert in PL/SQL, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.
- Version Control:
- Proficiency in Bitbucket and familiarity with tools like JIRA, TEMPO, and Confluence.
