Job Description:

• Has worked Hands on in Kinaxis Rapid Response Application
• Candidate needs to have Domain Functional and Technical knowledge on Supply Chain and Kinaxis
• Candidate should have minimum Kinaxis Author Level 2 certification
• Problem solver and ability to identify and resolve the break fix issues working with the team
• Should have worked on medium complex Enhancement Development Areas
• Project requires to work and coordinate with the offshore delivery team
• Should be flexible and ready to solve attitude for oncall support during the weekend
• Worked on Upgrades Upgrade strategy to be able to work with customer to release the new enhancements
