• Has worked hands-on in Kinaxis Rapid Response Application
• Candidate needs to have domain functional and technical knowledge on Supply Chain and Kinaxis
• Candidate should have minimum Kinaxis Author Level 2 certification
• Problem solver with the ability to identify and resolve break-fix issues while working with the team
• Should have worked on medium complex enhancement development areas
• Project requires coordination with the offshore delivery team
• Should be flexible and have a ready-to-solve attitude for on-call support during weekends
• Worked on upgrade strategies to collaborate with customers for releasing new enhancements
