Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Company Information: Universal Asset Management (UAM) is a leading company in the aviation industry, specializing in Asset and Inventory Management, Aircraft Leasing, Component Sales, End-of-Life Recycling Programs, and innovative technology research and development. With offices and assets on six continents, UAM has undergone considerable change and experienced monumental growth over the past decade. In March of 2017, UAM was acquired by ARI, a Hong Kong company, focused on commercial aircraft leasing and asset management.

Job Purpose:

Provide high-level administrative support to executives and ensure the efficient operation of the executive’s office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded human resources support and administrative support to Senior Management in a professional manner
  • Arrange & coordinate scheduling/international and local travel, calendar management & meetings for senior management
  • Assist in document management
  • Work closely with commercial team and HR in PR duties
  • Prepare various types of documents including presentation materials, management reports, minutes, and meeting agendas
  • Maintain records, filing and handle details of highly confidential matters properly
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and business travel as assigned by company

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in business and/or human resources related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience gained from sizable conglomerate groups or financial groups in serving top executives
  • Candidate with experience working in PR industry or professional firm is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizing and planning skills, able to perform multi-tasks to meet tight schedules and attentive to details
  • Mature, responsible, trustworthy, flexible
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
