The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, streamline, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following:

• Assist with new development of upcoming Statutory Project – Implementation out of state coverage
• Assist with system re-engineering efforts related to the new suite of Policy Administration systems
• Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers necessary to maintain underwriting, premium audit, risk control, and billing processes
• Assist with the timely resolution of production issues
• Assist with system re-engineering and maintenance efforts related to Policy Center written in Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, and .Net Core
• Assist with security scanning and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Assist with development of web applications that meet WCAG guidelines
• Develop various policy-related APIs and mini services
• Efforts related to integrating policy data to data warehouse/business intelligence system

Software Architect

Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large scale software system.

Expert Qualifications

• 60 months experience with Workers Compensation Policy Processing, Risk Control, Premium Audit, and Billing applications
• 84 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, functions, views, SQL Tuning, and generating a data file from Oracle
• 84 months experience with Microsoft C#.Net and Object-Oriented Programming, developing web-based systems using Microsoft ASP.NET and MVC
• 84 months experience in static scanning, third-party component scanning, and vulnerability remediation
• 60 months experience with JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, JSON, HTML, XML, and REST API
• 84 months experience developing web applications conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines
• 60 months experience in using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• 84 months experience with Innotas
