The selected candidate will:

• Design and develop the application per business requirements.
• Participate in JAD sessions to assist in the preparation of use cases and other design deliverables.
• Provide J2EE, WebSphere, JBoss Enterprise Application Server, web services, Oracle, IBM MQ, FileNet, and Client Mainframe integration application development expertise.
• Provide software configuration management for Java applications, with such utilities as Hudson, ANT, Maven, Jenkins, and SVN.
• Interpret use case requirements, seek clarification from BAs as needed, and estimate, propose, prototype, and develop solutions that integrate within the existing ECM technology stack where required, but are improvements and in line with ITS future direction when required.
• Provide technical documentation, solution prototypes, conduct demonstrations of work in progress and completed work to business subject matter experts and other technical staff.
• Provide mentoring to State staff and other contract resources in all tools as required.
• Provide troubleshooting and end-user support and problem resolution.

Systems Architect
Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirements, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.

Expert - 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

• 84 months of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level Service Oriented Architecture platform.
• 84 months experience in designing and implementing N-Tier J2EE applications.
• 24 months experience in design, implementation, and integration of web services with Client mainframe TM2200 transaction using DTP-RA.
• 36 months experience building and supporting integrations between Service Now and InQuisient.
• 48 months performing testing and implementation and preparing technical and user documentation for software conversions.
