We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Linga products and payment solutions to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and providing solutions that enhance our payment processing capabilities using Linga's suite of products. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that payment systems meet business needs and comply with industry standards.

The Role

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to Linga payment solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Assess current payment processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, and enhanced user experiences.
3. Work with technical teams to configure, implement, and integrate Linga products within existing systems.
4. Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that clearly communicate requirements to development and implementation teams.
5. Develop and execute test cases to ensure that Linga payment solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
6. Provide training and support to end-users on Linga products.
7. Serve as a point of contact for payment-related system issues.
8. Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project status.
10. Stay current with Linga payment solution updates and industry trends.

Requirements:

You are:

1. Experience Range: 8+ Years
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
3. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with strong expertise in Linga products & payment solutions.
4. Experience in the payment processing industry.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
9. Familiarity with payment processing systems is a plus.
