Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Expertise in architecting end-to-end observability framework using Observability tools (AppDynamics)
• Definition of Application & Infrastructure observability strategy / process at an enterprise level
• Setting up application and system observability for production and testing environments at an enterprise level
• Experience in installation, configuration and customization of AppDynamics
• Experience in troubleshooting and monitoring web servers, application servers and DB
• Ability to conduct bottleneck analysis, provide recommendations based on AppDynamics tool metrics
• Capability in developing dashboards and reports that can provide ongoing visibility into the performance of client applications.
• Experience in identifying the scope of Real User Monitoring, synthetic and Advanced Analytics for the application
• Sound knowledge in configuration of Health rules, Policies, Alerts and Dashboard widgets.
• Experience in monitoring data analysis and bottleneck identification
• Working knowledge of Business Transaction, Information points identification and configuration
• Experience in configuring the AppDynamics BiQ/ Analytics module
• Experience in building custom scripts and plugins
• Excellent Troubleshooting and Analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Managing and leading large application performance monitoring implementations
• Experience in Python scripting
• Need to be an excellent communicator
• Certification in AppDynamics is an added advantage
