What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Collaborate with monetization teams to define and address complex ecosystem questions impacting business and user experience
  2. Set the quantitative learning agenda for Monetization, guiding teams on the most critical questions to address
  3. Conduct varied quantitative research, balancing effort against priority and impact
  4. Develop user-centric metrics for Monetization teams and inform product and business decisions
  5. Lead strategic initiatives and partnerships with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 7+ years of experience in quantitative product/user experience research, with end-to-end study leadership
  2. Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and a wide range of quantitative research methods
  3. Proficient in longitudinal analysis, multilevel/mixed effects modeling, and advanced data techniques
  4. Strong SQL and quantitative programming skills (R, Python, etc.)
  5. Excellent storytelling and communication skills for presenting insights across various departments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with ad product development/UX research
  2. PhD in computational social sciences, statistics, computer science, or related field
  3. Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to drive strategic business impact
  4. Self-starter with experience in developing new research initiatives in ambiguous environments
