What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with monetization teams to define and address complex ecosystem questions impacting business and user experience
- Set the quantitative learning agenda for Monetization, guiding teams on the most critical questions to address
- Conduct varied quantitative research, balancing effort against priority and impact
- Develop user-centric metrics for Monetization teams and inform product and business decisions
- Lead strategic initiatives and partnerships with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in quantitative product/user experience research, with end-to-end study leadership
- Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and a wide range of quantitative research methods
- Proficient in longitudinal analysis, multilevel/mixed effects modeling, and advanced data techniques
- Strong SQL and quantitative programming skills (R, Python, etc.)
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills for presenting insights across various departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ad product development/UX research
- PhD in computational social sciences, statistics, computer science, or related field
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to drive strategic business impact
- Self-starter with experience in developing new research initiatives in ambiguous environments
