Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager: Oversee the closing process for account reconciliations, accruals, monitor adherence to GAAP Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards. Complete monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and deliver variance analysis reports. Facilitate distributions according to LLC operating agreements. Supervise bank loan reconciliations and manage the accounts receivable and payable processes. Support year-end tax compliance and assist in preparing documentation for year-end audits. Evaluate, design, and implement internal financial controls, accounting processes, and policies, aiming for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Manager: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is a must. 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, and financial reporting.
